Construction details:

Usage: Approximately 1.7 kg/m2 /mm thickness

Base conditions and base treatment: The age of the mortar and concrete base should be at least 28 Days

(1) For concrete:

It needs to have sufficient strength (compressive strength ≥ 25MPa, tensile strength ≥ 1.5MPa, or meet design requirements).

The base surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, loose particles, and other impurities that affect adhesion.

(2) For steel:

The base surface must be clean, free of grease, paint, rust, old coatings, and other impurities that affect adhesion. To improve adhesion,

according to ISO12944, it is recommended that the steel surface be sandblasted to Sa2.5 grade.

Mixing:

(400~600rpm) Mix Part A + Part B in a mixer for 3 minutes until the material is a uniform gray color. Avoid entraining air during mixing. To ensure sufficient mixing, use a scraper to carefully scrape the material from the edge and bottom of the bucket, and then stir at a low speed for about 1 minute. Pay attention to controlling the amount of material mixed at one time to ensure that the mixed material can be used up within the construction operation time.

Construction environment and restrictions:

Storage conditions and shelf life:
