Construction environment and restrictions:
Substrate temperature: 10°C ~35°C
Ambient temperature: 10°C ~35°C
Base moisture content: < 4%
Dew point: The surface temperature must be at least 3°C higher than the dew point during construction
Recommended dosage:
Carbon cloth (200g/m2) dosage First layer about 0.7~1.2kg/m2 Second layer and above about 0.5kg/m2
Carbon cloth (300g/m2) dosage First layer about 1.0~1.5kg/m2 Second layer and above about 0.8kg/m2
Mixing:
(400~600rpm) Mixer first mix Part A + Part B for a total of 3 Minutes, until the material is uniform gray. Avoid entraining air during mixing. To ensure full mixing, use a scraper to carefully scrape the material from the edge and bottom of the barrel, and then stir at a low speed for about 1 minute. Pay attention to controlling the amount of material stirred at one time to ensure that the stirred material can be used up within the construction operation time.
